Debbie Cole is the Community Development Manager at Leigh Park Community Centre, where she specialises in turning challenges into opportunities. With a strategic eye for identifying risks and making meaningful change, Debbie brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to community development.

Based in Westbury, Wiltshire, she has built strong local partnerships over the years, enhancing the centre’s facilities through successful grant applications, creative fundraising, and hands-on involvement. 

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys pottering in the garden, growing her own vegetables, and spending quality time with friends over dinner.
