David Foster Meeting Host

Personal bio below - again I will review and adjust before we go live.

David grew up on the Gloucestershire-Wiltshire border and after a number of agricultural, driving and catering jobs in school holidays attended Middlesex Business School where he studied business and finance. His first professional job was as an internship with Phillips – conducting market research and competitive intelligence around telecommunications.

Upon graduating he worked at IPSOS Vantis as a developer and then for NEC Corporation as a Business Planning Executive.  After 20 years in London years he returned to the West Country to work for a small telecommunications consulting firm.

Before starting Honeystone he worked for Lucent Technologies as a Senior Marketing Manager leading a transatlantic team of analysts and strategic planners.

David founded Honeystone in 2003 to provide consulting in digital marketing as well as building websites. 

In 2020 he also co-founded TypedCMS Ltd a software as a service (SAAS) company which has developed an API driven headless CMS. 

David’s hobbies include live music, cycling, entertaining and creative writing.
